We are back to having events (and music lessons!) in the Upstairs @ St. Andrew’s space. Let’s do something a little differently in this space, shall we teens?

WHAT’S GREAT ABOUT MEDITATION

The practice of meditation has been shown to help people in the following ways: improves focus and concentration • boosts self esteem • helps to manage anxiety • develops a greater sense of peace. This meditation workshop will engage teens in mindfulness/meditation strategies. Led by workshop facilitator Michael Todd Fink, teens will leave feeling better and equipped with strategies for dealing with the stresses of life.

*We will also be offering a Parent Mindfulness Workshop simultaneously in another location in the church.

Parents are welcome to drop their kids off OR stick around to learn about mindfulness for parents facilitated by Pastor at St. Andrew’s, Gregg Morris. Parent workshop will be held in the Parish Hall. Parents will be invited to a Meet and Greet in the Upstairs @ St. Andrew’s with Michael Todd Fink at the conclusion of the event.

Register only the number of teens attending (Parents don’t need to register for the parent mindfulness workshop). The space can only accommodate 35 people, so register today!
